Background & Role:

HFD (Horlicks & Boost) is one of the largest small Cs in HUL by business and SC spend size. It's a category with high focus for performance not just in HUL but also UL leadership - a category on a transformation journey! 100% packing for this large 4500 Cr TO business takes place in CMs making them a very integral part and key drivers of category performance.

This role is for leading the RTD (flavoured milk) CMs (contract manufacturing partner) for HFD setup across south regions with key site based based near chittoor. The site is in a key market for RTD portfolio and is home to new launches and trials.

Key accountabilities:

• Execute Foods RTD CM strategy across multiple sites and roadmap for future on ground

• Own the Units CM scorecard, and performance improvement across KPI's such as Service, Quality, Site Savings, Distribution cost, etc.for the unit

• Drive transformation programs on Network, Automation & Net Productivity

• Partner the CM negotiations with Procurement

• Drive the digital agenda in the CM space

• Drive innovation capabilities

Experience and qualifications required:

• Strong leadership & collaboration skills

• Operational Experience - direct experience must in Manufacturing or Collaborative Manufacturing. Experience dairy industry / automation projects is preferred.

• Negotiation Skills

• Change management and project management experience

• A strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals - able to work across all aspects of the balanced scorecard - safety, quality, service, cost, sustainability, resilience

• Strong analytical capabilities

• The role will need frequent travel across RTD CM sites in South & West regions
