Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic
Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of
1015 CREs, ensuring all signage projects are executed
on time, with technical precision, and aligned with process standards. This role combines
team leadership, technical expertise, and project management to maintain smooth workflows across departments and deliver exceptional results to clients.
Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively
- Experience in the signage manufacturing industry is a plus
- Solid understanding of structures, fabrication materials, tools, and site execution processes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & CRE Management
- Lead and guide a team of 1015 CREs, ensuring smooth submission of proposals and coordination with the production team for BOQs, drawings, and project requirements
- Mentor CREs to enhance their technical knowledge, workflow efficiency, and client engagement skills
- Review and approve proposals, quotations, BOQs, and other documents before client submission
- Ensure team adherence to internal processes and SOPs on a daily basis.
Project Oversight & Timely Execution
- Monitor ongoing projects to prevent delays and ensure on-time delivery
- Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and resolve project challenges proactively
- Escalate issues with actionable solutions to maintain project timelines and quality standards
Technical Expertise
- Interpret and review mechanical drawings, fabrication designs, and structural layouts
- Provide technical guidance to CREs and support client discussions when required
- Ensure all projects are executed exactly as per approved drawings and specifications.
ERP & Data Accuracy
- Ensure CREs update project-related data in ERP accurately and on time
- Validate ERP entries for timelines, material usage, work progress, and documentation
- Maintain ERP status for accurate reporting and strategic decision-making.
