Asst. Manager / Senior Executive - Web Design

Primary requirement: To design and develop websites, landing pages, and e-newsletters with front-end and back-end coding, ensuring seamless functionality and an engaging user experience.

Role Overview:

We seek a talented Web Designer cum Developer to create visually compelling digital assets while developing and maintaining web solutions that elevate our brand&aposs online presence. You will be instrumental in designing and coding websites, landing pages, e-newsletters, and digital marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design & Development

• Design website, landing pages, emailers, web banners on Adobe software (Photoshop / Indesign)
• Code the designed websites, landing pages, and digital collaterals from scratch.
• Implement responsive, interactive, and visually appealing designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Modify and update website pages, integrate forms, and manage backend databases.
• Optimize UI/UX for web applications and digital marketing campaigns.
• Integrate third-party APIs into existing websites and software for enhanced functionality.
• Conduct regular website updates, security compliance checks, and performance optimizations.

Digital Marketing & Content Support

• Design and code e-newsletters (EDMs) to enhance digital marketing initiatives.
• Create website banners, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
• Research and implement new digital tools, trends, and technologies to improve engagement and user experience.

Technical & Security Compliance

• Oversee domain management and ensure online security compliance.
• Troubleshoot website issues and optimize site performance.

Qualifications

Degree / diploma in relevant web designing courses

Experience:

For Asst. Manager – 4 - 6 years

For Sr. Executive – 2 – 4 years 

Software requirement:

Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap

Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver

CMS Platforms: Experience with content management systems
