Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales, based in Pune. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and preparing sales proposals. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, creating sales reports, coordinating with internal teams for project execution, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall business strategy.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
  • Proficiency in preparing sales proposals, reports, and other documentation
  • Technical knowledge or familiarity with industrial or air filtration systems is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend onsite meetings as necessary
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in industrial sales or a similar domain is a plus
