Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Assistant Manager of Sales - International & Domestic Tour Packages at Joy-N-Crew Vacations LLP. The candidate will manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries, develop tailored tour packages, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to meet customer requirements. Additional responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, preparing customized travel quotes, closing sales, and ensuring seamless travel planning and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales within the Travel & Tourism industry
• Proficiency in sales, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets
• Hands-on experience in travel planning, itinerary creation, and vendor coordination
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Fluency in Gujarati and English is mandatory (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of travel & tourism industry trends and market analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Graduate degree is mandatory preferably in Travel & Tourism, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience or familiarity with Japanese culture and destinations will be an added advantage
