Job Responsibilities:
- Develop Hematology Reagents.
- Develop ampoule standards for Electrolyte reagents.
- Validation of Coagulation reagents.
- Buffer preparation and maintenance of lab instruments specially conductivity and pH meter
- Prepare documents like SOPs, MFR, BMR, test license and manufacturing license.
Preferred candidate profile :
Qualification : M.Tech (Biotechology / Biochemistry / Microbiology)
- 5 - 8 years of experience in working on Hematology and Coagulation Projects.
- Hands on experience in handling Flow cytometer & Electrolyte Analyzers
- Good knowledge of blood cell characteristics and types of blood cancer
