Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

  • Manage day-to-day repacking operations and ensure smooth workflow execution.
  • Plan and implement procedures to improve operational quality, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate repacking activities with internal stakeholders and principal companies.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure implementation and adherence to quality systems within the repacking unit.
  • Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Review and verify Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) after completion of batches.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company quality standards.

Team Management

  • Supervise and guide operational staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish employee objectives and conduct performance reviews.
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain KPI reports and operational performance metrics.
  • Represent the Repacking Department during Management Review Meetings.
  • Maintain accurate operational and quality-related documentation.

Equipment & Process Monitoring

  • Operate and manage Domino overprinting machines and ensure proper machine settings.
  • Monitor temperature conditions in repacking and storage areas.
  • Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards are maintained within the repacking facility.
  • Monitor pest control activities and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Manage procurement and availability of operational stamps and related materials.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational excellence.
  • Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions to enhance quality and efficiency.
