We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Projects Sales to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, specializing in the building material industry. This role involves supporting the sales process and building strong relationships with project stakeholders to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the sales and marketing of building materials to project stakeholders including contractors, architects, and developers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets by providing necessary project updates and client feedback.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and closing deals with clients.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or project management within the building materials industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and product details related to building materials.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to close sales deals successfully.
