Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Bing Ads
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, execution, monitoring, optimization, and reporting
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining target CAC, ROAS, and CPL benchmarks
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently across channels
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Build and optimize conversion funnels to improve performance metrics
- Analyze campaign data using tools like Microsoft Clarity, GA4, Meta Business Manager, etc.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative, content, product, and tech teams for campaign execution
- Implement tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution models
- Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPL)
- Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads & Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools preferred
- Hands-on experience with attribution tools and tracking setup
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, forecasting, modeling)
- Experience managing monthly budgets (mention range if applicable)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, Saas, Fintech
- Experience scaling campaigns beyond 80+ lakhs per month
- Familiarity with CRO tools (Hotjar, VWO, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and organic growth
