Job Description
- Identify and track upcoming industrial and commercial projects (Warehouses, Factories, Metro Stations, Airports) suitable for Skyshade's product range.
- Leverage existing networks within the PEB industry to introduce Skyshade's daylighting and tensile structure solutions.
- Achieve regional sales targets by converting leads from concept to closure.
- Bidding & Tendering: Lead the preparation of technical and commercial bids for private and public sector tenders.
- Analyze tender documents, specifications, and drawings to ensure accurate cost estimation and proposal submission.
- Collaborate with the internal design and engineering teams to draft technically sound proposals that meet client requirements.
- Liaisoning & Networking: Act as the primary point of contact for Architects, Structural Consultants, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs).
- Conduct technical presentations (Lunch & Learns) to educate stakeholders on the energy-saving benefits and structural integration of Skyshade products.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers at PEB companies (e.g., Kirby, Tata BlueScope, Pennar) to secure vendor registrations or partnerships.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate between the client's site team and Skyshade's execution team to ensure smooth project handover.
- Resolve technical queries regarding roof integration, leak-proofing, and structural loads during the negotiation phase.
