The HR professional will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of people practices including talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational excellence, and employee engagement. Key duties include driving recruitment strategies to attract top talent, designing and implementing training programs to build workforce capabilities, and supporting performance management systems to foster continuous improvement. The role also involves planning and executing employee engagement events, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives that enhance collaboration and motivation. By aligning HR practices with organizational goals, the position ensures compliance, strengthens employer branding, and promotes a positive workplace environment. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
