About the Role

The Manager will oversee the growth of digital fundraising and community engagement programs to support the financial goals of Bhumi. The Manager will provide coordinated leadership for retail fundraising and engagement activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support fundraising across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities of Programme Manager

  • Grow retail fundraising by acquiring new donors
  • Engage existing donors to grow their support and contributions
  • Engage with volunteers to educate and inspire them to fundraise for the organisation.
  • Leverage Bhumi's website, landing pages, and Google Ads to drive donations

Other Responsibilities include

  • Manage relationships with online fundraising platforms
  • Help craft compelling stories that connect Bhumi's impact with donor passions, transforming data and program insights into engaging narratives.
  • Oversee donor operations including receipts and communications

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

  • At least five years of digital - marketing, sales or fundraising experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM tools, and online fundraising platforms
  • Experience working with volunteers & in the development sector would be an advantage.
  • Candidates with exclusively face-to-face fundraising experience will not be considered; proven digital expertise is essential.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Reasonable understanding of the non-profit sector, and donor management
  • A strong hold on online fundraising and fundraising trends
  • Hands-on ability with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and campaign reporting
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including donors, staff and volunteers
  • Skilled at creating donor-centric, impactful stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Expert level written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
