Asst Manager / Manager - Accounts and Finace

We're looking for an experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and ensure

compliance with regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

- Manage the Monthly TDS Returns, GST Returns Filings, Staff Monthly Expenditure.

- Manage the Annual Accounts Finalization, Filing of Statutory Returns with IT Dept and ROC

- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management

- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Lead audit and compliance processes

- Manage financial team and provide guidance

- Develop and implement financial strategies

Handling multi-tasks which are related to Finance.

Desired Skills: Excellent interpersonal, work oriented and coordination with team (India & Abroad) as well Clients / Agents.

Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information that may be divulged directly or indirectly.

Professional & Personal Attributes:

- Strong financial planning and analysis skills

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate /Postgraduate.

Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Mid-Level Position in Finance Dept

Preferred with good, reputed companies with Multinationals Companies work experience.
