The Land Liaison & Acquisition Executive will be responsible for coordinating with government authorities and local stakeholders for land acquisition activities related to solar and wind energy projects. The role involves end-to-end handling of documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaison with government offices (Tehsil, Revenue, Collectorate, etc.) for approvals and clearances.
- Manage land acquisition processes for solar and wind projects in line with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with landowners, local authorities, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all land-related documents (7/12, NA, title documents, agreements, etc.).
- Prepare, submit, and track applications/files with government departments.
- Ensure compliance with legal, statutory, and environmental norms.
- Support in resolving land-related disputes and issues on-site.
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports for all activities.
- Assist in due diligence and feasibility studies of land parcels.
