Role Description The Asst Manager – International Admissions & Compliance is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position oversees end-to-end international admissions processes, including application review, eligibility assessment, documentation verification, and offer letter issuance. The role coordinates with academic and administrative teams to ensure adherence to institutional policies and relevant regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reports. The Asst Manager communicates with prospective students, agents, and partners, providing timely guidance on admission criteria, visa-related documentation, and compliance procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking applications, updating databases, preparing compliance audits and reports, resolving queries, and supporting continuous improvement of admissions workflows and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of international higher-education admissions processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing applicant documentation, data entry, and record-keeping in admissions or student services systems.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with international applicants and stakeholders.
  • Ability to interpret policies and regulations, prepare reports, and support internal audits related to admissions and compliance.
  • Comfort working with CRM or student information systems, spreadsheets, and standard office productivity tools.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Education, Management, or International Relations; a master's degree is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in international admissions, compliance, or related higher-education roles is preferred.
  • Need Immediate Joiners , should be able to join by 10th October 2026.
