Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager HR. The Assistant Manager HR will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and policy implementation. The individual will manage training and development programs, handle employee queries, maintain compliance with labor laws, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline HR processes. This role demands proactive problem-solving, efficient communication, and the ability to ensure a positive work environment that aligns with organizational goals.

- Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Onboarding processes
- Knowledge of Employee Engagement, Training, and Development initiatives
- Proficiency in HR Policy Implementation and Labor Law Compliance
- Strong Organizational, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to use HR Software Tools and manage HR Analytics effectively
- Experience in handling employee grievances and fostering a positive workplace
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant certification is a plus
