Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead financial planning and analysis initiatives to ensure NS and EBIT targets are met
- Conduct monthly Gross Margin reviews and implement margin improvement initiatives
- Perform competitive margin and profitability benchmarking
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing on innovation and new product launches
- Evaluate financial impact of promotions (trade and consumer) to ensure commitments are met
- Measure customer and brand profitability to influence trade spend decisions
Process & Automation:
- Partner with Sales on DMS (Distributor Management System) and assess effectiveness of new process automations
