Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali district for an Assistant Manager - Field Sales. The Assistant Manager will oversee and lead a team to meet sales targets, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth. Core responsibilities include managing field operations, providing customer service, conducting training sessions for the sales team, and ensuring optimal performance to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, customer data, and performance metrics for informed decision-making
  • Proven Team Management and leadership experience, with the ability to guide and motivate a sales team
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to foster long-term client relationships and resolve issues efficiently
  • Experience in Training team members to improve their skills and sales performance
  • Goal-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in using CRM tools and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in field sales will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned geographic area as required
