Job Description

  • Knowledge on Import and export custom process
  • Knowledge on Import payable & Export Receivable
  • Knowledge on Book keeping & accounting
  • Knowledge on Reporting & MIS
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to EOU operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock control, and oversee the logistics of export shipments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of documentation, reports, and financial transactions related to export activities.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve overall performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / BCOM / Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in export operations or a similar role, preferably within an EOU environment.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations, documentation, and logistics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in SAP & Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
