Asst. Manager - e-Commerce SC

Role Overview

We are looking for execution-oriented individual who will support day-to-day operations for the digital insurance business. The role entails co-ordination with internal as well as external stakeholders, data reporting and analysis and timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

.Maintain and update daily business trackers (funnel, performance, sales data)

.Identifying new customer propositions for creation of marketing assets.

.Support marketing execution by coordinating with content, design, tech, and compliance teams

.Track and follow up on emailers, banners, website updates, and other digital assets until completion/ CCMS approval process

.Conduct regular website checks to ensure content accuracy and smooth customer journey

.Prepare simple requirement documents/change notes for business requests

.Efficacy measurement of current propositions & identifying non-performing ones

Educational Qualification

-MBA from Tier 2-3 colleges

-2-3 years of prior work experience (Preferably in the insurance/Insurtech/fintech industry)

-Understanding of the online ecommerce/digital ecosystem

Knowledge & Skills

-Customer-focused thinking approach

-Detail oriented and fast worker

-Familiar with tools like google analytics, hot jar, netcore

-Basic knowledge of creative AI tools

-Understanding of digital UI/UX principles

-Strong co-ordination and follow-up skills

-Self-motivated & Driven
