Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience and a strong desire to grow into a managerial role.

The candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and cross functional teams to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution & Support

• Assist in planning and managing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.

• Monitor campaign performance and support optimization based on KPIs.

• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and creatives.

2. Social Media & Content Coordination

• Manage daily social media posting, community engagement, and content scheduling.

• Coordinate with designers and content teams to create timely and high quality creatives.

• Track performance across platforms and suggest improvements.

3. SEO & Website Management

• Support keyword research, on-page optimization, content updates, and link-building activities.

• Assist in monitoring website analytics, page performance, and user behavior.

• Work with developers or agencies for website improvements and landing page creation.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and compile weekly/monthly performance dashboards.

• Use tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems. • Present insights and recommendations to the marketing leadership.

5. Email Marketing & Automation

• Assist in creating email campaigns, newsletters, drip sequences, and marketing automation flows.

• Manage contact lists, segmentation, and tracking of open/click rates.

6. Coordination & Vendor Management

• Assist in managing digital marketing vendors, freelancers, and agencies.

• Collaborate with the sales, product, and content teams for campaign alignment.

• Support budget tracking, documentation, and operational workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.

• Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and analytics platforms.

• Strong knowledge of social media trends and content strategy.

• Basic understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).

• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
