Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Interior Design and Sales based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing interior design projects, coordinating with clients to understand their requirements, conceptualizing design plans, and ensuring exceptional execution of projects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for marketing and sales activities to promote interior design services, building client relationships, and delivering customized solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Designing, including conceptualization, space planning, and design execution
• Strong client management and consultation skills to understand and deliver on requirements
• Attention to detail and expertise in following project timelines and budgets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Relevant professional qualifications or experience in interior design or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Five to Seven years of experience in relevant field
