Job Responsibility
- Execute works as per procedure and compliance with ISO 9001 standards, Quality Management System Compliance, cGMP standards, ISO 14001 & Halal, HACCP standards.
- Follow and execute works as per related SOPs & OCP of the concerned department and implement the required procedures.
- Outstanding knowledge in maintenance of API plant machineries like GLR, SSR, Filter Press, Centrifuge, RCVD, Spray dryer, Blender, Sifter, ANFD, Transfer Pumps.
- Excellent knowledge in operation and maintenance of utility equipment's like Boiler Chiller, RO Plant, Cooling towers, electric systems, compressors, nitrogen generators, DG and HVAC system.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC and Service of Machineries.
- Ensure instrument calibrations as per the schedule.
- Monitor and verify the maintenance log books of every day.
- Ensure all preventive, breakdown and building maintenance records as per SOP/OCP.
- Knowledge in MTBF & MTTR.
- Exposure to GMP and GLP system.
- Sound knowledge in Quality Management System.
- Good communication and Audit exposure.
- Safety knowledge and adequate PPE usage in API industry.
- Ensure statutory approvals related to Electrical.
- Capability to prepare Electrical related BOQ along with technical specifications.
- Good knowledge in bill verification.
Qualification: BE/B.Tech/Diploma-Electrical
