Job Title: Cybersecurity / Enterprise Security Designation: Asst Manager - Cyber Security

Location: Bangalore, WTC 3

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Cybersecurity / Enterprise Security team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices, with a particular emphasis on Agile methodologies. A Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is a deal breaker for this role, as the candidate will be responsible for leading Agile teams in the implementation of security initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to promote a culture of security within the organization.
  • Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to enhance the organization's security posture.
  • Support the development and execution of security awareness campaigns and initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Experience in risk management and vulnerability assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, firewalls, intrusion detection systems).
  • Knowledge of cloud security principles and practices.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
