Role: Infrastructure Vulnerability Management & Remediation Engineer L4
Location: Preferred Bangalore and secondary Pune
Who are we looking for
The Cyber security delivery team that owns the managed security services for this client has an opening for Vulnerability Management Engineer.
Technical Skills
At least 4 to 6 years experience in Vulnerability lifecycle management for large IT estates i.e. over 1000 servers.
Relevant experience deploying and managing VA products such as those from Tenable Qualys or Rapid7.
Hands on experience with scanning tools such as Qualys Nessus Rapid7 Microsoft Defender for Cloud or similar.
Good reporting skills in terms of data crunching extracting business insight from large data sets understanding client needs over and above what they explicitly state.
Automation skills using API programming or scripting languages to enhance reporting.
Strong understanding of vulnerability lifecycle management.
Skilled in working with ITSM tools ServiceNow Jira.
Behavioral Skills
Effective interpersonal team building and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate be able to communicate clearly and concisely both to laypeople and peers be able to follow instructions make a team stronger for your presence and not weaker.

Ability to drive remediation with Infrastructure and Cloud teams and track progress.
Experience creating SOPs workflows reports and audit documentation.
Qualification
Bachelors degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent formal training or work experience.
Five years of relevant experience in Vulnerability lifecycle management.
Preferred Certifications Security Plus CEH AZ 500 Or Similar.
