Directs work on machines based on machine capabilities, machine and operator availability, and tool availability
Machine shop production and quality troubleshooting
Monitors employee efficiencies and takes appropriate actions to encourage performance
Controlling in rejection & rework, minimizing the cycle time and improving productivity
Machining cell layout, material and information flow planning
Calculation of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) machine wise, preparing & implementing of daily & monthly machine loading plan
Analyzing and implementation of corrective and preventive action of customer complaints
Machine shop capacity planning and quality planning
New product development Process planning, PFD (Process Flow Diagram), FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), Control Plan and review of technical specification
Interacting with various dept Design, Process engineering, QA and planning
Strong team partner, demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
Actively participating and originating Kaizens
Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives
Adhere to Compliance and Safe Working Environment
Requirement:
Essential: Degree / Diploma in Engineering OR Graduate in any discipline
Preferred: Degree / Diploma in Engineering OR Graduate in any discipline
8+ Yrs of relevant experience
Candidates from Automobile, Material Handling or construction equipment industry. Experienced in in plant maintenance activities.
