About the Company
Maruti Suzuki India Limited Hansalpur plant, Gujarat was established in March 2014, aiming to secure production ability in preparation for the automobile market growth in India, as well as for expansion of exports from India. Plant A started operating in February 2017, and Plant B and Powertrain Plant in January 2019. In October 2020, MSIL GJ became the fastest production site of Suzuki to achieve accumulated automobile production of 1 million units.
About the Role
We are looking for passionate engineering professional to handle our Powertrain Electronic Lab function.
Responsibilities
- Central Maintenance PT Electronics Lab Function
- Troubleshooting and repairing the electronic circuits boards up to component level for various types of cards (AGV, PLCs, VFDs, Controllers, Amplifiers, cables etc.)
- Procurement of electronic components and maintaining the inventory records, repair logs
- Planning and Execution of Annual / Periodic Maintenance Planning of Electronic cards.
- Ensure Electrical Safety Management and guidance to supplier / subordinates.
- Identification of Revenue & capital Budget related to the electronics lab and Its Execution.
- Awareness of ISO or relevant quality standards for electronics labs.
- Improvement in repairing skills & repairing processes.
Qualifications
- Academic Background: BE - Electronics / Electrical & Electronics
- Should have relevant experience of 5 to 6 years in handling electronic lab maintenance related to powertrain department
Required Skills
- Work experience with digital components and circuitry, power electronics, micro controllers-processors on the PCBs.
- Hands on experience in using electronic lab instruments like oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, soldering tools.
- Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical manuals/data sheets of the electronic components.
- Knowledge of Basic Electrical Component such as Relays, Electric motor, Servo motor, VFD, controllers, sensors etc.
- Must have good Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Power point).
- Knowledge of soldering techniques (through-hole and SMD).
