To sustain this growth, we're looking for a motivated HR Manager who can help us build, nurture, and manage a thriving team culture that empowers our employees to create impact.
Job Profile:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
- Work closely with senior leadership to design and implement HR policies, systems, and processes
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with empathy and fairness
- Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements
- Organize training, workshops, and employee engagement programs to enhance learning and retention
- Support performance reviews, appraisals, and feedback cycles
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand and a positive work environment
Who we are looking for :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented with a positive mindset
- Ready to join our team full-time at our Gurugram office
