Asst GM/ GM- Electrical- EHV Substation Projects

• Leading the execution in Electrical Domain for all EPC projects across India with a portfolio of >1000 cr business.
• Lead a team of electrical project managers and engineers located at Project sites PAN India
• Timely execution and completion of projects within budgeted time & cost.
• Handling and timely completion of large size EHV Substation Projects up to 765 KV
• Interaction and maintaining good relationship with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for systematic review of projects and regularly apprise top management about the project progression.
• Co-ordination at the backend with support functions like engineering, contracts, procurement and finance.
• Responsible for Safety protocols to be followed at project sites
• Work in conjunction with Safety team to promote a safe working culture at all project sites.
• Should be able to demonstrate proper quality of work as required in co-ordination with Quality function
• Productivity & Process Improvement -Profitability and Working capital management will be an important attribute.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for present and future orders for better planning.
• Driving Organizational Initiatives- PMO, Business excellence and Kaizen.
• Subordinate and team development

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engg.
• Min. 20+ years of work experience in Power Sector, preferably Substation Projects.
