Asst GM/ GM- Electrical- EHV

Key Deliverables:

• Execute and lead EHV substation and transmission line projects across India
• Deliver projects within budget and timeline while managing large EPC portfolios
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance for backend execution
• Ensure site safety, quality standards, and timely reporting to top management

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of project managers and engineers across PAN India sites
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Drive productivity, profitability, and capital efficiency in project delivery
• Promote process improvements, organizational initiatives, and team development
