Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant/General Manager specialising in Insurance Software/Insur-Tech Sales located in Mumbai.

Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, meeting sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. The person will also oversee the preparation of sales reports, market analyses, and proposals while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic growth goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management within the InsurTech or Insurance Software industries selling in India, Middle East/Africa or APAC regions
• Strong expertise in client relationship management, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement
• Solid understanding of sales strategy formulation, lead generation, and revenue growth
• Proficiency in market analysis, proposal creation, and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and lead cross-functional teams effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
• Experience in InsurTech, IT solutions, or technology-driven industries is strongly preferred
