1. Planning and Attending shutdown as per client requirements.
2.Identification & implementation Safe working practices.
3.Ensure overall plant projects & maintenance activities of Electromechanical equipment, Transformers, HT & LT lines, HT & LT panels, DG's, UPS, HVAC system, WTP, STP, Firefighting system etc. and achieved 99.99% uptime.
4.Liaison works with Govt. Agencies viz, PCB, BESCOM, CEIG, BWSSB, etc.
5.Preparation of transition checklist for all MEP.
6.HOTO Preparation and execution according to the standard check list prepared as per site requirement.
7.Snagging & De-snagging of Complete MEP System in the property as per the site-specific standards.
8.Preparation and implementation of 52 weeks preventive planned maintenance schedule9. For each and every electro-mechanical equipment/system.
10. Follow up with the AMC vendor to attend the breakdown as per the contract SLA.
11. CCTV.ACCESS CONTROLS Systems Maintenance.
12. Coordination with the client and the vendor for the renewal of AMC.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- BE/B-Tech in EEE or MBA.
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
Preferred candidates from residential facility experience.
