Asst Facilities Manager (Tenancy Management)

Good knowledge and experience in lease administration, tenancy matters, arrears management, tenant relations and lease negotiations

• Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration or other relevant qualifications from recognised tertiary establishments

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences in tenancy and arrears management for commercial/industrial/office buildings.

• or minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in managing tenancy for commercial/industrial/office buildings.
