Job Description

  • Achievement of sale nos. for real estate customers.
  • Sales generation through project dealers & trade dealers
  • Build data base of builders in city & their current projects
  • Gather market information about their existing purchase profile (Gypsum Plasters, Sand cement Plasters)
  • Generate enquiry base (enquiries previously handled by B2B team and new enquiries)
  • Relationship building with real estate customers & Contractors.
  • Appoint Project Dealers to handle real estate customers
  • Ensure healthy ROI for Project Dealers
  • Prevent conflict between project dealer and distributor in terms of price offered to customer and material supply to retail market
  • Faster claim settlement
  • Equip project Dealers with knowledge sharing & catalogues etc.
  • Ensure products are delivered to real estate customers as per their requirement
  • Ensure timely service to large accounts
  • Work with Regional Service Executive for after sales service to real estate customers
  • Training to Applicators on products specially VAP
  • Developing communication and negotiation skills to channel partners about the product offering & pricing.
  • Daily updation of enquiries in MS -CRM
  • Updation of weekly and monthly market activity plan like (Product training, Mock up, Contractor Meet, Product and application presentation, Shop Meet etc).
