Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee pod construction projects, ensuring execution aligns with quality standards, timelines, and budget.
  2. Approve vendors and supervise site engineers and contractors to ensure material compliance and design adherence.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (Ops, BD, Supply Chain, IT) to drive project execution.
  4. Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure all safety protocols and permits are in place.

Key Deliverables:

  1. Timely completion of pod construction projects with accurate BOQ and validated architectural plans.
  2. Vendor and contractor management ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
  3. Regular updates to senior management with tracked progress and budget reports.
  4. Compliance with safety, design, and regulatory standards across all sites.
