Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic IAM Practice Leader to head our Identity & Access Management portfolio within the infrastructure business unit. This role blends P&L ownership, business growth, and strong technical leadership, ensuring delivery excellence and innovation for global enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute IAM practice strategy, roadmap, and service portfolio.
- Own P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability, and pipeline health.
- Build and mentor a high-performing IAM team of architects, consultants, and SMEs.
- Support sales in GTM strategy, RFPs, and client pursuits with solutioning and presentations.
- Govern IAM project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Establish partnerships with leading IAM vendors (Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra, Ping, ForgeRock, etc.).
- Advise CIOs/CISOs on IAM transformation, Zero Trust adoption, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive innovation in IAM leveraging automation, AI/ML, and cloud-native capabilities.
Practice & Delivery Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing IAM team (architects, consultants, SMEs).
- Establish frameworks, accelerators, and best practices for delivery excellence.
- Govern IAM engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Drive innovation by embedding automation, AI/ML, and Zero Trust principles.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Cloud service lines to create integrated security offerings.
- Engage with senior customer stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs, IT Directors) to advise on IAM strategy, maturity, and transformation.
- Collaborate with global delivery center for scalable, cost-effective execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- 18+ year in IT Infrastructure & Security, with 10+ years in IAM leadership.
- Proven experience in practice building, P&L management, and large-scale IAM program delivery.
- Expertise across IAM domains: IGA, PAM, SSO, MFA, Federation, Cloud IAM, Zero Trust.
- Hands-on knowledge of leading IAM platforms and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong executive presence with ability to engage senior stakeholders (CIOs, CISOs).
- Excellent leadership, team building, and stakeholder management skills.
