Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Associates Commis at Hotel Lilac. The role involves food preparation, assistance in cooking, and maintaining high standards of hygiene in the kitchen. The Associates Commis will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, assist in the preparation of meals, and adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
- Proficiency in Culinary Skills, with a focus on detail and quality
- Understanding of Hygiene standards and food safety protocols
- Strong Communication skills for efficient teamwork in the kitchen
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and quality
- Relevant experience and/or certifications in culinary arts or a related field
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and flexibility to adapt to various tasks in the kitchen
