About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented semi-qualified professional to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting and compliance and will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations for clients at their premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple clients
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
- Handle bookkeeping tasks including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Coordinate with clients directly at their location for accounting-related activities
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Hands-on experience with Tally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, reporting)
- Understanding of compliance and taxation basics
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently at client locations
Eligibility Criteria
- Semi-qualified CA.
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping
Strong communication and client-handling skills
