About the Role

We're now looking for an Associate Writer (Full-Time, Remote) who can support content creation across the brands we work on.

This is an execution-first role. The person in this role will focus on turning ideas and briefs into clear, well-structured drafts, while learning how strong content is built.

You'll work closely with Senior Writers and Content Strategists to understand client voice, refine your writing, and improve rapidly through feedback.

We're looking for someone who has strong fundamentals, is willing to learn fast, and cares deeply about clarity, structure, and quality of writing.

Some things you'll work on:

• Writing first drafts for social media posts (primarily LinkedIn)

• Translating briefs and ideas into clear, structured content

• Iterating quickly based on feedback from Senior Writers

• Assisting across formats (text posts, carousels, threads, etc.)

• Learning tone-matching across different founder voices

• Supporting research for content ideas and narratives

• Maintaining consistency and quality across outputs

We're looking for someone with:

• 0–2 years of experience in writing (internships, freelance, or personal work included)

• Strong fundamentals in writing, grammar, and clarity

• Ability to structure ideas in a simple, readable way

• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly

• Interest in storytelling, personal branding, and content

• Attention to detail and ownership mindset

• Reliability in meeting deadlines
