Good Communication skills ( Verbal/Written ). Willing to work rotational shift only, Only Work from Office- No Work from Home. Should have . Willing to work in a dynamic environment with flexibility to work for additional hours. Good typing speed - 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Job Description

Work on Ticketing queues in the GDS-Sabre/Amadeus and take appropriate action. Eg:fulfill tickets, process ADM's / Process ARC's / BSP's* etc Working on completing data quality checks and completing invoicing activities on multiple tools Communicate with the vendors (Hotels, Airlines and Car Rental Companies) through outbound calls/emails. Adherence to defined KPI/SLA of the process Will work on a 24/7 shift schedule including graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays.
