Job Responsibility
- Plan day to day calendar allocation as per the impression required for each BU.
- To collaborate with Category, Brand teams, CRM, Social and Category solution team to ensure incremental category growth & maximized visibility.
- To evaluate Category fests & Brand fest to optimize performance
- To plan and manage Ops for Category fests, Brand launches & Central events.
- Ensure complete Quality check is done for any Merchandising actions that goes live on the platform.
- To evaluate the perf of catg during big sale events/ central events & maintain categories's share on platform
- To provide possible solutions to solve for catg.s visibility & growth on platform
- End to end stakeholder management to get the projects ongoing.
Qualifications And Skill Set
Experience- 2+ years of ecommerce experience (Preferably in merchandising), Fashion background, NIFT/NID/Pearl, Proficient in data tracking - Excel, SQL
