NOT is a young, fast-growing consumer drone brand, and we're looking for an Associate Visual Designer to help shape how our brand shows up across every screen and surface. This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one — ideal for someone with a bit of experience behind them, a sharp eye, strong fundamentals, and the drive to grow quickly.
NOT (notdrones.com) makes drones for people who want a new point of view — from first-time flyers to creators and professionals. Our range spans beginner-friendly nano drones to 4K flagships, sold across our brand website and social media. We invest heavily in design — because a drone isn't just a gadget, it's a new way to see. Our goal is to become a leading drone brand in India and a recognized name beyond it.
Major handlings — Social and brand creative, web support, packaging
Responsibilities
• Create on-brand visuals across social media, the website, and ad campaigns, keeping everything consistent and high-quality.
• Build social and paid creative (Meta) that performs — starting from templates and brand guidelines, with room to contribute your own ideas as you grow.
• Develop brand and marketing creative — infographics, banners, and campaign assets — that clearly communicates features and stands out against competitors.
• Support packaging and unboxing design — box art, inserts, and the physical touchpoints that shape first impressions.
• Retouch and prepare product photography so every render and shot looks premium and consistent.
• Present your work, articulate your design choices, incorporate feedback, and flag issues early.
• Adapt and resize assets across platforms and placements without losing quality.
• QA all work for errors before it ships to print, web, or social.
Skill Sets
• 1–2 years of experience (internships and freelance count). A relevant degree or diploma is a plus; a strong portfolio matters more.
• Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid grasp of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• A portfolio showing a range of creative work and a good eye.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines closely.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback and direction.
• Time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Good to have: basic motion/video skills (After Effects, Premiere) and familiarity with AI image tools — we use them regularly and would value someone keen to push them further.
