Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software testing methodologies and possess expertise in Pega Selenium. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for software applications.
• Utilize Pega and Selenium for automated testing processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
• Participate in test planning and strategy discussions.
• Perform regression testing and ensure software quality standards are met.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of Pega.
• Proficiency in Selenium for automated testing.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze requirements and create test cases.

• Experience with other testing tools and frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
