Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Software Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Manual Testing, with a focus on API testing and proficiency in Postman. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Utilize Postman for API testing, validating responses, and ensuring proper functionality.
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in the development of testing strategies and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills

Strong Manual Testing skills.
Proficiency in API testing using Postman.
Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with automated testing tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
Experience with version control systems like Git.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant internships or project experience in software testing is a plus.
