Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web automation testing using Selenium with Java. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and performance of our web applications through automated testing.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
Collaborate with the development team to understand application features and create effective test cases.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Assist in manual testing efforts when necessary.

Mandatory Skills

Strong knowledge of Selenium WebDriver with Java.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation.

Preferred Skills

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes.
Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
