Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer (Manual) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in manual testing with a specific emphasis on Accessibility Testing. This role is crucial in ensuring our products are accessible to all users, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and accessibility.
• Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on accessibility issues.
• Perform thorough accessibility testing to ensure compliance with WCAG and other relevant standards.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accessibility Testing principles and practices.
• Familiarity with manual testing methodologies and tools.
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant internships or project experience in QA or software testing is a plus.
