This role helps drive intelligence-led decision-making that enhances the impact of marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
Job Summary
This role focuses on developing data products and analytical assets used for personalization insights across marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include building persona discovery tools, creating executive reporting scorecards, maintaining high-quality data, and developing automated intelligence solutions that accelerate marketing decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Build data products supporting a unified intelligence suite for xLOB marketing campaigns.
Develop automated persona-discovery tools that guide targeted marketing initiatives.
Create executive-level scorecards with drill-downs for campaign performance.
Conduct rigorous data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
Collaborate with partners to maintain accurate reporting and analytics pipelines.
Develop optimized data transformation pipelines for automated reporting.
Use AI-enabled reporting tools (Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot, Python) to automate insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or related field.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong data validation discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations.
Adherence to organizational data and tool governance controls.
Creative and modern approach to data visualization.
Familiarity with Snowflake.
Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, Python.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to implement multi-agent architectures using open-source platforms.
Experience with AI-enabled reporting (Tableau Pulse, ThoughtSpot, Python).
Exposure to automated insights generation techniques.
Experience with persona segmentation or customer profiling methodologies.
