Experience eligibility: 2-5 years DKMS Asia Private Limited is a service provider for DKMS entities in and outside of India. The organization will be responsible for Marketing and Communication activities: raising awareness, educating and informing the public about the cause through online and offline mediums (advertisements in mass media such as print, radio, television, outdoor, etc.) in order to register potential donors (who will be registered at DKMS India). DKMS Asia will also provide Shared Services (HR/Finance/IT/Administration).
Mission: To give as many blood cancer and blood disorder patients as possible, a second chance at life.
Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:15 pm (Monday Friday)
About the team
The Marcom Department ensures that the DKMS brand is enhanced amongst the public in India, with the goal of raising awareness and motivating people to register as potential blood stem cell donors. The department holds organizational responsibility for KPIs on online donor registrations. The department also supports and promotes activities of other departments that, for example, focus on raising funds to match donor registration costs and deliver community volunteering to help raise awareness. Digital activity is centred on the DKMS Foundation website where all information regarding blood stem cell donation is consolidated, plus social media and other online channels. The Marcom team is responsible for the Indian marketing & communications strategy and related activities. At a global level, DKMS also runs International marketing projects and initiatives which require local support from each DKMS country. These projects are commonly based or start in DKMS Germany, which will then coordinate the activities before rolling them out across all countries.
Position Summary
Senior Associate & Associate Multimedia Design We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and a meticulous eye for detail. In this role, you will create and edit high-quality video content and graphic designs that align with our brand's vision and objectives. You will collaborate with various departments to produce engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and operations to produce engaging content for marketing campaigns, social media platforms, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Your work will play a crucial role in capturing the attention of our target audience, enhancing our brand presence, and driving customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Produce, design and edit and high-quality content for various platforms.
Create visually compelling graphics that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively
communicate key messages across various marketing channels.
Edit and produce high-quality video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe
Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) that captivates and engages target audiences.
Utilize design principles and industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator,
Photoshop) to develop layouts, typography, and color schemes that enhance visual
appeal.
Plan and execute video shoots, managing lighting, sound recording, and camera
operation for professional-quality footage. Apply motion graphics and visual effects to
enhance storytelling and ensure the final product is polished and optimized for digital
platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop concepts,
storyboards and scripts, ensuring that all output meets the specific needs of each
campaign or project.
Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions. Participate in team meetings and
contribute to project planning
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and objectives.
Optimize video content for different social media platforms.
Maintain an organized library of video and graphic assets.
Review and revise content based on feedback to ensure quality.
Stay current with industry-standard software and trends. Continuously improve skills
through training and professional development.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for video and graphic issues.
Requirements
Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and graphic design work.
Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition
Understanding of shooting, lighting, and sound, along with motion design concepts and
techniques for creating dynamic visuals.
Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing ideas and supporting team
initiatives.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
Qualifications
A degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Film Production, Visual Arts, or a related
field is preferred.
2-5 years of experience in multimedia design, video editing, or graphic design roles.
