About The Role
As a Video Editor/Animator, you'll be right at the heart of the studio team, crafting video and motion work that brings employer brand to life.
You'll work across short-form, long form, animated and hybrid content - often for global brands - creating work that's sharp, engaging and built to perform across social and digital channels.
This is a role for someone who cares about the craft, loves moving fast and enjoys making work that people actually want to watch.
Key Responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Edit and animate video content for employer branding, recruitment marketing, social media, and digital campaigns
- Turn creative briefs and storyboards into scroll-stopping visual stories.
- Create motion graphics, animated text, transitions, and light visual effects
- Edit interview footage, b-roll, screen captures, and campaign assets
- Add sound design, music, color correction, and basic grading
- Adapt and resize content for different formats and platforms (social, web, paid media)
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, and Client-facing teams to refine concepts and executions
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment
- Make sure everything looks great, feels on-brand and works hard across all deliverables
Requirements
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in video editing and/or animation (studio, agency, or in-house)
- Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and the wider Creative Cloud applications
- A great eye for motion, pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchy
- The confidence to go beyond the brief, bringing your own ideas and creative thinking to elevate the work
- A genuine interest in staying up to date with motion, video and design trends and sharing insights that helps keeping the team creatively sharp.
- Experience working with brand guidelines, and knowing when and how to push them
- The confidence to interpret feedback, challenge it thoughtfully and make the work better
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Comfort collaborating with global teams across time zones
