Associate Vice President – Partnerships & Revenue

Pathway to VP → CXO → Co-founder

Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)

Compensation: Up to ₹18 LPA + Performance Incentives + ESOPs

At Scale100x.Ai by Expertrons, we are building India's leading AI-powered growth accelerator for consumer brands. We partner with ambitious brands across F&B, Retail, EV, Salons, EdTech, Play Areas, and emerging sectors, helping them scale through expansion, partnerships, AI-led growth, fundraising support, and operational excellence.

We are looking for an aggressive, entrepreneurial, revenue-driven leader who can identify high-potential brands, engage founders, close strategic partnerships, and build a scalable acquisition engine.

What You'll Own

  • Own revenue generation and brand acquisition for a high-growth business vertical
  • Build and close a pipeline of expansion-ready brands across India
  • Conduct founder-level and CXO-level sales conversations
  • Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and deal closures
  • Build strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships
  • Drive predictable monthly onboarding and revenue targets
  • Work directly with founders to shape growth strategy
  • Build scalable acquisition processes and growth engines

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, Franchise Sales, Enterprise Sales, or Revenue Roles
  • Strong track record of closing high-value deals
  • Exceptional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable interacting with founders, promoters, investors, and CXOs
  • High ownership mindset with a strong bias for execution
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to build from zero to one
